This razor uses Single Edge blades or a Double Edge Blade broken in half. Super easy to use. Please note, this razor is sold without blades. You can purchase replacement blades here.

Furthermore, once the razor is securely in place, it automatically sets to the perfect angle, eliminating the need for adjustments. The angle is intuitive to shave with as it is designed similarly to the angle of a cartridge razor.

Instructions for Blade Loading (see also the instructional video below):

1. Turn the handle to loosen the top cap of the razor. Note that this is a two-piece razor, so the guard plate is an integral part of the handle.
2. After unscrewing the top cap, hold the razor straight (vertical) and load the blade, ensuring that the two slots at each end of the guard securely hold the blade. The edges of the blade are sharp, so handle with care.
3. Keep the razor straight and reattach the top cap (turn the handle to screw the top cap back on). It is easiest to hold the razor with one hand in a pinching grip to keep the top cap in place, while using your other hand to tighten the handle. Once the handle stops turning, check to ensure the blade is secure and the handle is tightened.
