Return Policy

You do not have to cancel orders that have not yet been paid. If you have placed and paid for an order and you want to cancel it, you must immediately call our helpdesk: +31251342008, and hopefully we can still cancel your order. We work together with a fulfillment center who packs and processes the orders. Once you have paid, we forward your order to them and they will process it as soon as possible. It is therefore possible that they will start processing your order after 5 minutes. In that case you can not cancel your order anymore.

If you want to return your order, we will fully refund the purchase amount, after good receipt of the return shipment. You can also use this amount for a new order. In that case our Customer Service can create a credit invoice for you. We will also refun the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have it taken unopened by the delivery person).

We always do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products and to pack and ship them properly. If you have received broken or damaged products, we have a "money back" guarantee. You will then receive the full purchase amount, including shipping costs. Please contact our customer service directly if this happens.

If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you can return them to us without giving any reason. This is possible up to 60 days after receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Always contact our Customer Service first if you want to return something!

- All products must be unused, complete, clean and undamaged to be eligible to be taken back.
- We prefer to receive the product that you want to return in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Make sure you pack fragile products properly: we cannot be held responsible for the return shipment and the condition in which we receive the products.
- Stamp your return shipment sufficiently. Unfortunately we cannot accept unstamped items.

If you make use of the Cooldown, you will pay the costs that you have incurred to return the package to us. My-Beard pays these costs for a return shipment of broken or damaged products.
