By Vilain NEON is a multifunctional sea salt spray that maintains volume, provides control, and nourishes your hair with heat protection and nourishing ingredients. It can be used as a pre-blow-dry product (as it comes with thermal protection up to 300°C) or to create those carefree messy looks (just apply and let air dry). It has anti-static properties that prevent flyaways and nourishing ingredients that prevent buildup.

How to use: Shake well before use. Rub a dollop between palms and distribute through hair, from root to tip. Blow dry for added volume. Air dry for a messy out-of-the-ocean look.
