Beard Brush Padauk Wood - My Beard

This beautiful beard brush is made of thick lacquered Padauk Wood and sturdy boar bristles. We've had these brushes custom made to our liking, just the way we think a beard brush should be! The size is just right, it fits comfortably in the hand and thanks to its compact size it can also be carried along nicely in your jacket pocket.

The hardness of the bristles is perfect in our view. The boar bristles are nice and firm and not all of the same length (see photos above) which makes it easier for the brush to go through your beard and to massage the underlying skin well, which will stimulate beard growth.

Padauk wood is one of the most sustainable hardwoods in the world. Padauk wood is popular because it ages to a brilliant silver-grey, has hardly any effect and has durability class 1. Padauk wood grows in West Africa. There are no forests of padauk trees, but you can only find them as individual trees. It is therefore exclusive wood and that is reflected in the price of Padauk, which is very high.
